Day 8 - No PMO
I had a nocturnal emission last night. There are some urges, but they are under control. Today I will take the last exam of this week. It's the hardest, but I hope to get a good result anyway.

Day 3. Tough one today. Feel like crying. Thanks for the help, guys. This challenge and this site is really motivating me not to slip back into my old habits.

Alright, just relapsed after 24 days, but with some edging. This time I want 21 clean days with absolutely no edging. Day one!

 

I edged today and then relapsed when I reset the counter. Back to day 0...

Day 2... so tired... looking forward to the weekend

 

Day 2: Work was aright and the rest of the day was nothing real special if I'm honest and it didn't feel much like a Friday to me. No urges or thoughts of P but I did want to edge again and it comes and goes. I was able to largely abstain from temptation but I'll admit there was a moment or two where I started to let go but I regained my composure and am glad I did. Maybe this flatline has killed my libido and sensation down there and my brain is freaking out because it wants the dopamine from its usual source. The answer is nope not today and not tomorrow either nor any other day God willing. Since I strangely want to MO to chastity and own a device I'm wearing it for the night to see how it really feels and not let my fantasies think it's all great. Tomorrow is my last day as a server and next week I start on the job training for my new job and I'm so excited for it, but it feels a little bittersweet. However this new job is already giving me a confidence boost and a feeling of pride as I step out of my comfort zone and aim to Man Up. I have a lot coming my way these next few weeks but I feel more prepared now than I would have in the past and am shedding the old me.
