***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I'm grateful for the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, who gave us the gift of God of salvation by faith and eternal life for those who accept him as Lord and Saviour and also for the security of the Holy Spirit that sealed those who trust the blood of Jesus Christ and for the new creature that I am in Christ.

 

1. I'm grateful for the wonderful time with friends today.
2. I'm grateful to Thirumoy sir for his invaluable guidance.
3. I'm grateful for the awesome dinner tonight.

 

I'm grateful to have food on the table every day.

I'm grateful to have a functioning car.

I'm grateful to be able to live in a great and safe community.

 

1) I’m grateful for a delicious meal out with friends.
2) I’m grateful to people who make me laugh.
3) I’m grateful I’m fit and healthy.

 

Starting today with the letter "A" will do 3 things I am grateful for and cycle through the alphabet.

Today I am grateful for:
1) Amusement parks
2) AA
3) Alignment with family on location of Thanksgiving Dinner

 

I am grateful that I didn't fap yesterday night
I am grateful that I am going strong at 9 days
I am grateful that I am not the only one in the house, so my chances of fapping are minimal
I am grateful that I had a good sleep
I am grateful that the cold shower I took woke me up and now I am alert!

 

I am grateful for having a family that allows me to achieve whatever I want to achieve in life
I am grateful for the chair I am sitting in
I am grateful for the NoFap website being there for me to engage in a motivated community that helps others achieve sobriety in a kind and encouraging way

 

Day 23!

1. I’m grateful for Justice Kennedy.
2. I’m grateful for eggnog.
3. I’m grateful for my guitars.

 

First and foremost I think this challenge is a great idea and am very happy to participate. One of the best things I've discovered about this Community, which is helped greatly by how friendly and active it is, has to do with the rich availability of activities. Without such opportunities, I can't help but believe our forward progress would be much harder to maintain.

1.) I am grateful for my life...to be alive and to be living now as best as I can with the self-awareness of all the benefits which this life is endowed with...such as health and hearth. To be healthy is not always a given, but when it is given it enables us to continue onwards along the path to better outcomes.
2.) I am grateful for my loves. The love of my late mother, of my beloved father, of my friends. Without love we are deadened inside. With love we are capable of achieving so much of what we seek, with courage and perseverance.
3.) I am grateful to be here...humbly learning, applying myself to this new way, and with the privilege of the people around me who help to vanish all loneliness and despair.

-realizing my effort isn't enough still, so I can make more
-realizing the main problem and try some solutions over it
-learning reptile management today

 

I also realize I could put in more effort.

I'm most grateful I've found this community.

I am grateful for AA; for it's keeping me (alcoholically) sober and it making it possible for me to have a life

I am grateful for saturdays, it's a great day for reflecting on my journey and to rest
I am grateful for my laundry machine, if i was to do it manually, i would have less time to do the things i love
I am grateful for all the good things i encounter here everyday again, by so many people, fiercely turning away from pmo, it's awesome to be part of this community Thx so much !

3) My backhand has improving from the beginning of the year.
