I need to quit! please help

    A few nights ago my wife walked in on me masturbating while watching pornography. At first, I thought that she thought it was a one-time thing. It didn't take long--a few more days before I realized that she was in fact very upset with the whole situation. This wasn't the first time. She and I had gone through counseling before our marriage for the very same thing. Ater having made amends and being in a good spot with my wife, I'm right back where I started. I want to be back in a good place with her again. I really hope that NoFap helps.

    Would be helpful to talk with you wife about this reboot so she might support you.
