    Slight change for me, but I'm 29 so beard growth isn't a problem. Deep voice is the most noticeable thing for me.

    Yeah bro. Im 16 and before i started nofap and my facial haid were not visible but ever since nofap the growth has accelerated considerably.

    same here..I'm one of those guys who have a hard time going beard..well after I started nofap I started seeing some beard growing..it might have been influenced also by 4 months of cold shower..heard it boosts your testosterone level, so it might have contributed or something.

    To follow up my previous post, my beard has definetely experienced excellerated growth. I know this, as I'm having to use my beard trimmer more.
