Day 13 Relapsed.

    I didn't look at porn but I did masturbate. Really pissed at myself as I would've probably had a wet dream last night too, but instead I just went to "animal mode" and felt I couldn't control my actions. I really wanted to look at porn but decided if I was going to do anything it better just be masturbation as it seems to be the lesser of the two evils. But I do feel like shit after masturbating and brain fog showed up instantly afterwards. I also feel really empty inside.

    I'm going to go on a vegetarian diet and see if that decreases my libido, but do you guys have any advice on what to do on the few minutes you actually have control but feel the urge approaching before you go into "animal mode" and just lose yourself?

    Hello insanezombieman. I read somewhere that if you decide to m. you're advised not to use p. images as it will ruin the whole rewiring process..instead if you fantasize about real life experiences, the effect is said to be somehow positive. I think the most important thing is to erase p. from your mind completely. So it only makes sense not to fantasize about it..and the majority of fapstronauts seem to agree that abstaining from m. will speed up the rewiring process.
    I would exercise or go out for a walk with a cold shower to end it everytime I felt urges coming up...it helped me a lot.

    Yeah I didn't use porn. I have been exercising somewhat frequently (3 days a week) maybe I should up it to 4 days a week? once every other day? The day I relapsed was on my 2 day break from exercise. Maybe that's what caused it. Thanks for the tips Mr.Z
