Today I will not use porn because I have a challenge. I have done 2 weeks. 2 WEEKS! Now I want 30 days... from today.

I won't use porn today or M because that behavior isn't natural and damages me in several ways that I don't want the experience of anymore. I can't dwell on past but have to keep this boundary for myself and accept I'm recovering from a self induced delima that has nearly destroyed my life and will destroy it if I give in to the temptation. I pray for willingness to take actions that support my recovery and promote positive healing and life.
