    Well, one more day now. There is a wordplay joke where 'seven days without BLANK makes one weak' .. but really, doesn't apply here because seven days without pmo can make one strong..

    I had a brief look at Duolingo.. and had to do a double take when I saw High Valyrian. Looks like a good platform for learning and practicing reading/writing a language.. I just did the first lesson of High Valyrian because I was curious about it - so I might look at learning a language or two using Duolingo.. Thank you for suggesting it.

    It's almost been a week and I'm free now, gotta report I think ^^. Well, as I stopped porn it's been 80 days and I fapped last week unfortunately. Now, I can't feel lots of difference(well, actually there are. But not as much as some freaks who say nofap makes them superheroes) but there are some. Let's see

    I'm more confident about myself, I take part on activities and I'm not afraid of taking responsibilities as I'm used to.

    I have more time for myself owing to the time I'm not wasting anymore with seeking porn.

    I care look of mine much more, I dress better, stay more hygienic, eat better, go to the gym every 2 days.

    I can focus better to the subjects I'm studying.

    I have much better eye contact with people, and I'm more eager to socialise.

    I have better relations with girls. Friendly or vice versa. I have many friends who are girls if I compare it with the time I used to watch porn. Also, I remember my first date of my life and the disaster of my life then. I now can see how a loser I was when I think of how I acted, how scared of that girl. Now I can flirt better with the girls I want. However, I'm still a newbie(and kinda not good-looking) and I usually fail. Still, I have self-esteem now and I'm not afraid of trying :)

    Generally on this site, nocturnal emission are not counted as a relapse. But be careful after it happens, because you may experience more urges - the 'chaser effect'

    On day 6! Loving the energy I've been having, been cleaning a lot. One trigger I've been dealing with is just seeing attractive women in public, sometimes it makes me want to go home and mo.. can't wait till the day when I see an attractive girl in public and my reaction is to talk to her instead of running home and mo in my room by myself

    Back to day 0, relapsed. I was feeling the urges and I figured animated P didn't count, I'm realizing after the fact that it's still very much P... I won't be so foolish next time, I'll go take a walk instead of giving in.

    No. Do not reset. Wet dreams are nature's built in method for release. The only downside to them is the chaser effect. Actually, I don't try to avoid them myself because they release pressure but only if you can make it through the next day urges.

    If you'd like to avoid them, there are ways. Serious deep meditation or prayer right before bed adjusts heart and breathing, which release a cascade of calming neurochemicals that reduce stress and urges. Also no nude sleeping. Cutting down on red meat because red meat heightens testosterone. 15 minutes of intense exercise cause a rise in your body's free testosterone. Exercising right before bed could help or not because of that and can keep you awake.

    Do not look at any trigger images or fantasize before bed. Don't even look at even pictures of hotties clothed, not even animated as Deth found out. Read a good novel before bed or watch a tv comedy to wind down (but not if it might trigger).

    Hope this helps!! Any other guys can weigh in with things that help them.
