Day 7/30
Had some light urges during this afternoon but easily managed. Although, I didn’t feel the same energy and vitality from yesterday.

 

20th day over ... no urges ... Control of mind increasing ...

 

Day 10... double digits!

Day 15
Won’t be able to update as frequently, out of the country for a friends wedding. Been busy all day it’s 2:21am here and I’m just getting home. Being busy is helping with the NoFap though.

 

No urges but I'm a little sick.

Ok day 10/30 done.
Had a nice date with a girl I met on tinder tonight, just good to spend some face to face time with a woman.

No urges (ok maybe a few urges) did not submit to them.

Staying strong.. as I do.

Day 17

Nothing special to note. Thank God, no urges, just some random thoughts distantly associated with sexuality. I just keep reminding myself how important it is to stay humble. Any sign of overconfidence and I am surely done, relapsed. Good luck to all and stay focused!

6/30...feeling good today also. Kinda wish I hit the flatline soon so I can have some peace from these urges in the mornings. Other then that everything is going great

Ok, Day 30 done since yesterday!!! One more step on my road.

Day 1 deep breath

 

Day 26 done Onto day 27. Phew... 1600KM in 18 hours to get back home today. Very tired. Happy I made it back safely. Thank you Creator.

Day 21 completed ... Had little urges as I was at home ... Started listening to song and working on things that I like... That made the day pass like a awesome ride ...
