People Don't Understand!!

    Hey Guys

    This morning I relapsed as I did the day before yesterday so reset myself again, let me explain this situation that triggered me,

    So I was in work and a colleauge of mine called me over and said "hey come see this" as he laughed holding his iPhone, so silly me never asked what it was and trotted on over to see what was going on, what started off as a man on a boat fishing ended up showing a clip of porn all in a quick camera adjustment!! so I accepted that I'v just viewed porn which got me all fired up in the wrong way.

    Has a similar sort of situation ever happened to anyone else? obviously my work mate isn't aware of my addiction and was just having fun, unfortunately I relapsed as a result :(

    You're just using your addiction as an excuse.
    Your colleague showed you this AT WORK...did you relapse at work?

    At one point you are going to have to take responsibility for your own actions and man up, and stop using the word addiction as an excuse. It's too easy and convenient. You are the one who decided to go home and jerk off to porn that day.

    You saw a little bit of porn during the day? so what? No one forced you to jerk off, you're the one who chose to. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!

    I agree with Goodmood. It will not work if we are soft to eachother; we have to be hard as iron on this.

    Of course you couldn't have seen that coming, but you could've controlled what happened afterwards. What did you do? Go to the bathroom at work and jerk off? That's no small task. You've got to walk across the office to the bathroom, get in there, and then jerk off quietly so no one hears you. Takes a lot of work, bro. So...who's to blame? :)

    and your right, Porn is a true devil and we do have to be hard as an iron with each other!! Tough love!! Looking back I did use the situation as an excuse, another thing learnt and a slap on the wrist for me,
