Why can't I control myself when I'm home alone...

I was the same. As soon as everybody had left the house, I would get this odd butterfly feeling in my stomach because I knew I had all the freedom in the world at my fingertips and I could spend as much time as I wanted watching P. But I addressed this as a trigger, and now, when a situation similar to this arises, I know how to combat it, and instead of falling back into the addiction, I perform productive activities in its place.

 

Because no one can resist temptation. You have to run away from it. Like, literally. Don't be alone. When you feel the urge, go out for a walk or something.

 

Because you haven't hit rock bottom yet so you can't comprehend how important it is for your own sake to eliminate pmo from your life.

 

I don't believe you need to hit rock bottom in order to eliminate it from your life. I know I never completely hit rock bottom, but I ended up realizing how damaging it was to my overall wellbeing anyhow. I don't even want to imagine what "hitting rock bottom" means for some people.
