Day 8 was yesterday and day 9 is today. I had crazy urges yesterday evening because of alcohol consumption because of which I slept truly badly. But I kept strong. Nothing happened. Today I had a small hangover but was luckily very busy. Too busy for any urges. Thank you people for all your help! The very existence of this forum feels as an encouragement for me. I wish you all to gain the strengh you want to have!

I'm experiencing some difficulties with my University studies, because it really is a lot of stuff. Urges are under control right now.
