Relapse Cycle

    I went almost 90 days. But I relapsed, now for the past 7 attempts, i cant make it past a week. This last streak was only three days. And advice. Btw. I am on hardmode.

    Almost 90 is awesome!! That's progress! Dust yourself off and start over, that's all. You didn't fail.

    Try fasting - no sugar, no meat, no spices or onions.

    When you do relapse make it quick and limit the amount of stimulation you get from it i.e. don't spend an hour searching for a particular video or click on 100s of videos just pick one that isn't so stimulating and get it over with quickly.
