Hey guys. Was out of internet for few days. Days 16-17-18-19-20 completed! Day 21 in progress. Trying to do every day full of events. After 20 days of NoFap I already feeling big difference in energy and confidence level. Continue moving forward...

All is well, a few little urges but nothing I can not overcome at this point. One thing I noticed though and it’s gonna sound like I’m trolling but I’m serious:

If I cough, fart, or sneeze, it feels like I’m about to pee. So obviously I hold it, but then after that moment passes I’m fine. I’m wondering if that’s because of NoFap? Anybody else experience that problem? It feels like my head is always full, regardless of whether I urinated or not. Hopefully this isn’t anything serious

Day 0/30. Just finished up the 14 Day Challenge and figured I'd jump on here for a motivational push into the New Year.

As I was searching for a photo on my backup drive today I came across a buttload of porn. Reformatted the backup drive but regardless - just seeing it for those couple seconds was enough for it to bore into my thoughts for the day (will probably being lurking around in my brain for much longer to be honest). I know from experience that the longer I'm away from it (P), the easier it gets. But I also know how easily I tend to forget how damaging it was to me the longer I am away from it.

I'm glad to have found this forum and looking forward to meeting some new people here over the next 30 days.
