I love being part of this NoFap community. Since I started NoFap, I have really taken my life much more seriously. I have identified and taken serious so many things that I before neglected and trivialized. I have already solved some of them. Life is moving forward. I feel proud to say it's my own damn fault

@2525 I almost didn't notice I've just finished this challenge. That is great! I'll try the 30-days challenge now. I'm experiencing no urges during these days because I'm too focused on studying maths.

Day 0-1 i have completed a day of 21 days challenge i think its ok upto now no urges today i will try my best to continue

 

05/21 -- feeling a lot of urges and did not sleep well last night. but managed to get through -- keeping devices out of the bedroom may well have saved the streak.
