Awsome streak those massive 156 days!

 

10 km today and I feel little tired...Tomorrow I will hit 12 km for sure....

I notice that at the gym I'm able to last more on the cardio training and I lift heavier than I ever been before

 

I am again in. Day 1/180 from today.

 

Hope will break previous record of 110 days.

69 days... life is hard on me but I endure it. There are wonderful times as well. I am thankful for them.

79th day check-in, went to the gym for first time in 20 years, trying to better my lifestyle.

Today was my 9th day and feeling more motivated and strong
I was in on 8th day

 

6/180. Keeping myself busy. On vacation with a friend. Alot of chicks, but PMO not that accessable.
