Hi, I am new here, just today's morning I managed to achieve 14-days of no PMO, now there is time for 21 days !

Day 4/21 complete!!

 

Day 12. No urges. But I had a hard day feeling guilty for stuff not related to pmo. I was clumsy and did something stupid. I tried to make up for it and now I hope that that works out so I will feel better again. Good luck with you all!

I'm in! Day 0! Just finished 2 challenges. I want to go through all these challenges. I feel motivated. 23 days no PMO.

 

Day 10/21: Yes !, close to 1/2 of this challenge and, yes, time really flies ! I'm good, calm and persistent to do this, hell yes !
