Want to approach a girl but I just relapsed

Hello guys,

As title, sadly I relapsed hours ago because of my fetish/some weird things.
However these 3 days I keep thinking about approaching and having a conversation with a girl in my class (college).
I think she attracts me because she seems to be a really active learner during class
(e.g. asking good questions, taking notes in a way impressing me),
although I do not deny the fact that for me she looks good

The problem is: I have never done this in my life.
I am an introverted person and a bit nerdy.
And I just came to a different country to study.
We look completely different in a biological way and neither of our native language is English so it is the only way we can communicate. I speak some of her language but very little.

So I think:
maybe try something out of my comfort zone is a good idea,
why not going to approach a girl attracting me?
It might feel less embarrassed than I do it in where I came from.

(Before this, I do cold shower/meditation/black coffee/healthy food every day, anything beneficial for my life, even starting exercising which I rarely did.
But it's just the fact that relapsing today frustrates me so much... so much)

I almost lost the confidence to do the thing I want to do.

I think I will see her every Tuesday or Wednesday during lectures.
Should I wait longer (after a week/weeks) to reboot myself better (better confidence)
or just take it as an adventure and go to ask her how are you and something like that~?
Also it might be that she already had a boyfriend/partner so I'm wasting time thinking too much.

Any suggestion is wonderful and I will appreciate it for sure!

 

yeah....The result I think is positive, and we'll have a coffee next week after class
I waited for a week actually and went straight to ask her...
because I feel that i'm not prepared yet and read a book written by mark manson.

I cannot believe it struggled me so hard to talk to a stranger...especially when one of her friend is around.
It felt just like turning on the faucet before cold shower but a bit scarier I guess.
