Hey folks, I hope you’re all doing fine.

So, I’m almost finishing a book called The Practice of Brahmacharya. I guess you guys may be familiar with this expression, given that some Fapstronauts here are hindu and keep up both practices.

Anyway, the teachings inside the book are extremely eye-opening, if you’re curious please check it out, it’s fantastic. I’ve come to realize that most of the suffering I’ve gone through so far is related to lust. Also, it’s the temptation to give in that hinders my performance as a human being and keeps me away from my goals in life. Enough of that :)

Now, I have the knowledge to overcome this addiction for once and all. And I will!

I’m thinking of come up with a weekly journal, where I’ll report every Sunday how was my week and stuff. Yeah, that sounds awesome, I’ll do that!

    Stay awesome my friends

  2. What's up brother. Yes, Practice of Brahmacharya by Sivananda is a very eye-opening book. A little too ascetic for my preferences; yet, still worth a read if a person thinks he/she is a serious practitioner of Yoga. I read the book first online now I have a hard copy and am going through that and highlighting the key points. Indepensible read, in my opinion.
