Day 6

 

So sad to report that I relapsed after 55 days of no PMO. Watched TV for the first time in ages and got triggered. Fuck! Was rough and actually hurt myself in the act On a positive side I noticed growth down there atleast 1.5 - 2cm - what a confidence boost going forward )

I have not given up and already back to 1 day without PMO. I noticed I have to set a goal for myself going forward and the first will be to complete this challenge and beat my first attempt at leaving PMO.

Here goes - Day 0 completed and onto day 1 - Leaving PMO behind to reclaim freedom. Going to be a tough few upcomming days however, Im ready to push through it!

Lets pick ourself up and complete these 60 days together. Want to get past 55 days again, felt the super powers and want them back stronger!

its 24/60 for me today!. but it has been the most unproductiv day ever. i woke up and spent the whole day walkin to and from a netcafé and playin video games.
