I remember reading somewhere that you have been abstaining not only from P but also from M during these 7 years. When your wife pauses sex because of issues in the relationship, I guess this leaves you without sexual release for as long as she chooses. Doesn't that build up frustration and resentment in you? How do you deal with sulking and feeling rejected?
