Day 13. No urges at all, because I had troubles troubles troubles. About other stuff. Shit. But Im going to live. And it was just the right amount of troubles to keep me from having urges. Which is a good thing. Have a good day!

Thanks bro ! I think it was big step for me as I passed 14 days, I feel much stronger now and know better how to control myself however today I had the stronegst urges in my 16 days strike. I know perfectly that if I relapse I will have to deal with chaser effect so better for me keep it.
