I am astonished to come across another girlfriend/PMO connection thread. I think I understand what you mean, it's a very specific, toxic but bittersweet type of girl. It's a little scary but also encouraging how we all go though eerily similar stuff. As to some practical advice, I suggest just staying away from PMO and everything associated with it. This stuff really brainwashes us in so many ways I don't want to even remember. So just eliminate that and the rest of your mind and perception will start to heal by itself, I believe. But the effort must be done to avoid PMO at all cost. The 'urges' everyone has are just leftovers in our minds and bodies from what we've put ourselves through. These remnants will dust off, in time. So try focus on that. You seem to be doing well so far. Just go on the same path and see what happens... Not like we have a real alternative, do we!

My bad relationship choices probably pushed me into porn but that was more on me. Bad choices all round. The one that broke my heart was incredibly manipulative and emotionally abusive towards me..

Not sure if I'd define them as weird just awful..

Honestly., I think the type of people who develop porn addiction are also the type of people to be in relationships with people whom we know are bad for us. It is wrong but it is so right. That is the taboo. It is self defeating because we end up hurt but the rush it gives us make it worth it. Or so it appeared. The bad is off set by the rush. (Whatever that may be). Perhaps it is really great sex or perhaps it is simply just not being alone.
