Day 4 was absolutely amazing- I maybe had 2 or 3 urges as opposed to 10-15 during the first couple of days! I made a lot of progress today I woke up, read my scriptures, went on a run, meditated, took a cold shower, and then I had my thanksgiving dinner today because my mom worked on Thursday.

 

28 days complete... Played basketball after a very long time... spend time with a friend ... No thoughts of PM...

Day 5-I had a great day yesterday. Usually the weekend is what I dread due to the free time but I spent the better part of the day with my friend and even went to watch Justice League..not a bad movie in my opinion. Feeling super this morning and a plan of activities ahead

I've got this opportunity to have a date but at the same time, I've got the huge phobia, how to have sex without a blue pill. Feeling kind of lost right now.
