    Day 16. Had a flatline today. Felt like I had no energy, drive or motivation to get things done.
    But walking the dog, getting my room tidied up, wrote in my journal. Then having a cold bath before I go to bed. Haven't felt like doing these things, but I have felt better for doing them. Rather than waste my time doing nothing.

    One thing I noticed, is that I'm starting to feel my emotions more. Heck! I even watched Bambi. Felt warmth and sadness from watching it. As well as having appreciation for the animation and the artwork from classic Disney movies. The time and effort putting into making it from when was it made during the second World War. There's no way I would have watched it, or felt these emotions if I was still doing PMO.

  3. Relapsed AGAIN. I actually can not believe it. I'm an absolute moron. I have 2.5 strikes and I set up this challenge! Oh my god I'm so stupid... Sorry guys. If I get to 3 then I'll have to leave the thread for 3 weeks. Once again guys, I'm sorry.

    After doing well for two weeks, I relapsed hard and have been watching a lot of porn the last week or so. Yesterday I watched porn and masturbated ten times. I almost met a stranger for sex. This obsession has to end, it's completely taken over my life. I'm so in!

    Day 17. With it being dead downstairs like it was yesterday. I’m convinced that I’ve entered the flatline period. Though after doing things and getting them done - especially when I didn’t feel like it. I felt even more better for it, and realised I had more strength and energy than I initially thought (and felt) at first.

    Every time I have had a relapse. I write down the time, the place and how I’m feeling. What caused triggers, urges and then the inevitable happening in my journal. Look back and learn from that, but I bounce straight back with a cold bath, and pick myself right up.

    I'm feeling happier today, things still are very messy with my family but it's getting let's say more organised. I'm going to fucking do this challenge well, no more pic-peeking, title peeking, and ultimately no more relapsing!

    Don't beat yourself up about the relapses you've had. When we try to learn to walk, we have a fall and a tumble. Then pick ourselves right up and walk again. That's how I've been treating my recovery from PMO. From the relpases I've had, I take a similar approach to that. The same can be said about urges, etc. They're the difficulties that we encounter when giving up PMO. In other words, if we don't succeed, then try again.

    Hopefully, you can learn from those mistakes from the relapses. What triggered you, what caused your urges, and inevitably have a relapse. What you can do to deal with avoid having these encounters again if you can avoid them. With a highly sexualised society that we live in. Sometimes, seeing images of women in bikinis are seen by chance in newspapers, on films, TV, etc. Of which we don't intentionally go out and look for.

  14. Day 14 nearly done.been busy all day so it has went fairly easy.is morning was hell and I feel as if tonight might be also by I am march toward 2 weeks!

    Woke up in the middle of the night with a wet dream. Then had some up and coming urge with a tingling sensation. So, I went out for a power walk in the cold weather to deal with it. It appeared to have done the trick.

    Though I did wake up with no morning wood. I was on a flatline period for the past couple of days. So, I’m wondering if this is a sign of recovery. It’s the first time I had a wet dream in two and a half weeks without PMO.

    After my broken sleeping pattern. I woke up with morning wood. Could be a sign that my flatline period is over.

    Possibly, I've noticed the same. The last two mornings I've woken with erections that hurt! felt bad a few days before but i'm definitely feeling my body recover.

    Oh you welcome. That’s what we’re all here for. Support and commitment to the cause.

    But you are right though. NoFap should be a lifestyle choice. Not a case of doing 90 days, and then we’ve quit PMO.
