Today I will not watch porn because there is so much other constructive knowledge to learn from the internet.

 

Day 2

Today I will not use porn because it interferes with my schoolwork.

 

Today i won’t use porn as It makes n feel like shit! On the whole pmo has way too many negatives life: increases anxiety & depression, social anxiety goes up, loneliness and feelings of shame!
I’m 40+ I had 46 days no pmo thanks to the support of nofap and finding willpower I didn’t know I had, to resist very strong urges. I had started to feel benefits of staying clean, but relapsed due to stress, blue balls - no wet dreams in 46 days.... After relapse tightness and pain disappeared from my balls, but I was bombarded with crazy urges to masterbate, madness.
No pmo today .

 

Today I will not use porn because I have a bunch of work to do, and even when I finish it, there are more productive, fulfilling, and important things to do.

 

Today I will not use porn because, after watching it I become depressed with regrets.

 

Today I will not use porn because, I want to live my life to the fullest ...

 

Today I will not use porn because I'm feeling a little down, a lot anxious and I know PMO will only accelerate the downward spiral. Must learn to feel the feelings without caving to dopamine cravings.

 

Sorry for not replying to this post, guys. I relapsed 2-3 days ago (darn, I'm so absent-minded), and my senses went numb that day. Not anymore! I will not watch porn because...
There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and I will fight till the end.

 

Today i will not use PMO because i want healthy, normal relationships in my life.

 

Today I will not use porn because its completely worthless.

 

Today I will not use porn because I am prepared, to go through the pain of my full range of emotions and accept this suffering than the suffering that comes from the despair of a relapse. I know that God does not burden me with more than I can bear, and so I will be ok, and I will stay PMO free.

I will not use porn today because there's a light a the end of the tunnel, and I'll fight till the end to see that light.

 

Today on my day number 83 of no POM, I won´t use porn, don´t want to loose my streak, go back to my old ways and also this will be a difficult day, need all my confidence and energy!

 

Today I will not use porn because giving up porn is no big deal, and when you consider the benefits involved, then it's actually beneficial to quit porn.

 

Today I will not use PMO to fill my time because everything about it is false and I am finally starting to live True.
