    i created nofap account june this year but after 3 days i forgot this site and started business with old pornhub,xvideos and masturbated about 4 times per day daily without break.its been 11 years i follow masturbation,ruined my life -take my intelligence,feeling weak memory,acne on face totally it executed me badly..
    Today started again and i reset the count....
