The urges do come and go but ignoring them has been helpful

 

well, i ended here (i am going to full 90 days, but this threads are my steps), now i am on step 3, 21-challenge

Day 1 of 14 (feeling good to hit the 7 day so keeping on going til my brain reboots, though have had urges coming at me from time to time)

After I had 2 very bad weeks behind me with too much relapses I try to get back on track. The seven Day Challenge I made already. So I try the 14 Day Challenge once again. Hope to be successful this time
