Thanks for the support so far.

After my recent relapse, I now decided to restart the challenge with a completely different attitude. So it is day zero.

Let's do this.

Hi everyone. This is day 0 for me, for both this challenge and overall. I'm hoping it will help me stay motivated. I am only a few hours in and already struggling.

ok im in lol...im new 2 all this & i had relapsed i think yesterday, so after reading the get started guide im informed & motivated so lets do it ..7 days here i cum

 

I'm going to be in this now 0/7 tomorrow I checked back in updating my status we can do this

Day 1 today.

 

Relapsed. Felt that I could cheat because I'm a first timer on this challenge so that I could reset without feeling much guilt and shame.
Turns out, I cheat no one but myself.

I don't care right now, I'm tired of this suicide thought.. I want to finish this challenge.
