Relapse today, so back to day-0

Day 33 completed ... Pushing myself to get out of comfort zone ...

 

12 days... almost 2 weeks of NoFap... feels like eternity which I think should be good. I've been in a negative head space with life atm and actually feel like relapsing right now but wont because I want this. With that being said I'm going to be early with all electronics out of my room. Have a good night peeps.

Just finished day 12/90.

 

It's been 5 days without PMO. But, I keep chasing girls. I don't know, it seems I shouldn't otherwise I might have sex before 90 days. Please advice.

 

Day twelve feeling great!!

 

So angry on myself got very drunk yesterday and couldn't control myself PMO, relapsed at day 11. Very disappointed but today starting from the scratch but this time will not make mistake with drinking. Still very motivated I want change so badly Have a good one guys !

 

Day #31 has passed by. And for hell's sake, it was maybe the toughest day of all my journey so far. Thank you, @2525, wasn't it for you, this for sure would have driven me to a sure relapse for the "well, it's gone..." feeling.

Day #32 started, hoping to have learnt something important

Sleeplessness

 

While I'm no expert, please be patient with yourself as it has been years engaging in these kinds of compulsive behaviour. Do not disqualify what is positive, that is, the 5 days you have been free from PMO and focus on the negative.

 

Day 10- I just noticed that I have been smiling more and willing to converse instead of being on guard and defensive all the time. Yesterday, some random woman just walked up to me and started a conversation while I was waiting for a bus at the bus stop.
I am also coming to terms with triggers. I am tired of being at war with triggers constantly running away and hiding as if they have power over me especially my emotional triggers. While I got frustrated in the latter part of the day, considering frustration is a major trigger for me, I just allowed it to fizzle out and didn't fight it.
The journey continues....

 

Day 8/90... feels good! Very tired though... related?
