Iam starting 30 days challenge from dec 2 to dec 31.

Okay, didn't feel well last night so I forgot to post here.

It was my 29th day without P. Stay motivated, everyone! It's worth it.

 

Day 1

 

7 of 30. I had 1 relapse at 46 days clean streak. I’d started to notice positives. I feel like I get on top of this.

 

3/30. I think. I can't see my counter.

 

Day 4/30.

I have writen a post on my FB profile talking about this challenge and encouraging guys to try to be without porn for 30 days if they want to test themselves. Then, two guys I knew some years ago have reacted with very unpleasant comments like "That is worthless" or saying that probably I need that because I have some trauma or sexual problems (Sure! Probably I have, but that wasn't the point). I've felt horrible and I've decided to deactivated my account.

Now I have a mix of feelings: sadness and rage. I want to show to everyone that I can change myself in a better way. Not just mentally. Also physically. But, why I need to show whatever to other people? Why I need to demonstrate that I'm worthy? Maybe this is my real problem. I should start to believe that I'm OK as I am. This is my real journey and I was hidding my head underground using constantly porn and masturbation. Because I felt worthless, but I am not. I am a good and loving guy. I love people but I've always been afraid about being rejected and about being not enough.

Feel good still in flatline but that's OK. Hope everybody else is doing well? I do notice that Idle time and feeling depressed is the worst trigger for me. Ready to get this depression gone and not be triggered by alone time or idle time. This is the first time I have ever dealt with a addiction of any kind, my job as a Firefighter we run a lot of Opioid overdoses and even before I knew I had a addiction to Porn, I felt the pain of good decent people getting hooked on Opioids.
I look forward to ongoing support and questions from anyone, I wish everybody the best of luck in this Fight.

 

Day 2.No relapse but difficult to stick to new habits

I just started as if it were day 0 when in fact l had already 10 days of abstinence. You're overthinking this my friend
