I'm fapping since 2013 and now I'm addicted to it.I want to leave it.I've tried but in vain.Help me!

    First thing that will totally help you: never tell yourself you can't. You CAN stop PMO from taking over your life. It starts with you acknowledging that you have the power to stop it, and then taking baby steps towards doing so. You might relapse, but that's okay. Babies fall down when they first start to walk, but they show resolve by getting up and walking again. You can do the same. The more you stand up again after relapsing, the longer you'll go without another relapse. You can do it!
