Adderall and sexual disfunction

I have bipolar disorder, and this is a tricky question. I take lithium and seroquel for medication and i did noticeably see a drop in sexual desire being on them. However, I also struggled with porn for 15 years and I would say that caused a lot of my erectile dysfunction. I'm currently on meds and after 91 days on NoFap I can have sex again and i am still on bipolar meds. I never tried Adderall so I can't say but talk to your doctor. Meds may play a part but talk to your doctor but in the meantime continue your nofap journey.

 

The pill company needs to let the drug users know that they affect your erections and stuff so you don't feel like oh porn did it only when other things were involved

 

Now since no meditation is taken and you are free of the porn addict you slowly regain theme erections??

well said. Of course they want you to have a porn addiction so you can keep buying that's like the same with any company especially cigarette companies.

 

Nicotine is addicted too yup every thing all people have some kind of addiction if it's not smoking it's drinking if not that then porn or food

My doctor just perscribed it to me, and even when i take it in the morning i just cannot sleep AT ALL. I feel like ive been up for three days and it sucks. However the drug really does help focus!

OK so pharma can save lives but can also cause side effects. Read the labels, you have to educate yourself! Yes pharma is a huge business, much like all the others. Adderall and sleep is a timing, 1/2 life issue, place close attention and hopefully you will find benefits that outweigh the risks/side effects etc.

I feel the same way, I also take the prescribed medication , have you noticed and increased amount of watching porn while on the meds

 

Adderall is synthetic meth: Amphetamine sulfate, Amphetamine aspartate monohydrate, Dextroamphetamine sulfate, Dextroamphetamine saccharate.

Notice how the word amphetamine is in all of them!!

As someone who is an ex methamphetamine user, i can say for certain it definitely affects your sex drive. For me it increases it drastically, as it turns on the same reward system that makes us want to use porn, or eat, or ect. The dopaminergic system. It does make release harder though... which can cause the affect of a flat line or something similar in people, it depends on the person i believe.
