Onto day 12! I've actually found that reading a lot of threads here brings up P thoughts and I notice a small rush of adrenaline every time so from now on I'm not going to spend time reading threads unless I am struggling for motivation. The P thoughts aren't overwhelming though and I'm not having any major urges.

Whew.. I haven't been available cos I've been writing exams. That has really distracted me from everything basically. Anyways here is day 12 for me. We keep pushing through
