Today I will not use porn so that I can be a genuine, complex person instead of a shell of lies hiding the emptiness inside.

 

Today I have been fully PMO free for 30 days and counting so I will keep my post as short as I can. I’m going to remain PMO free because there’s a long way to go to 90 and the more I am able to learn about this addiction the more I am able to support my fellow former fappers and I can’t do that if I’m backsliding! Today I won't use porn as I don't want to and I'll work all day.
