    Hey, so I noticed that I remember more and more of my dreams. When I was a kid a used to remember every day but then for more 10 years I didn't till now. Is there anyone who experienced the same?

    I sometimes remember dreams in great detail and even dreams from a few months ago

    It's beautiful to be immersed in a surreal dream

    I don't need to remember I don't really care about dreams I just wondered that it looks like something is changing and could it be becasue of nofap.

    It's most definitely because of Nofap
    I've never experienced vivid dreams when I used to masturbate but only when I abstain for longer than 3 weeks or longer, I get vivid and surreal dreams that I can remember sometimes
