    Day 18. Diminished energy levels, but my mood is much better than it usually is in these low energy periods. I will make it! Three days to next goal

    Great, honest report. Also shows you have respect for others, especially your crush. Congratulations on Day 10. You are doing well and learning to move yourself physically away from the location of the urges.

    HI all,
    Made it this far, now comes the stronger challenge, "The Weekend". I have made my preparations ie-going to bed at the same time with my wife, no smart devices in the bedroom, keeping a positive mental outlook. I feel good to have made it this far and i'm looking forward to keeping it going. I have had some flashbacks but i gently push them aside or let them run their course and bid them adieu. Wish me luck

    Bill Fay. His last album is brilliant. Sounds a bit like Bob Dylan and Leonard Cohen. Don’t know if you’ll like it, but I do and it helps me to keep calm in the PMO battle.

    Day 13/15 goal. Last night was a rough night for me. Looked at P but I caught myself and moved on before it got to far. Having strong urges today and I know I done it to myself, but I’m making a positive out of this. At least I restrained before it got to far! Never again will I do that though. Because now this weekend is going to be hell but we will get through it. Urges are your brain begging for mercy. Everyone have a great day.

    This is how out of it I was this morning, I go to get dressed, and I get a shirt out of the dryer....apparently when I wasn’t looking, my cat jumped in the dryer and I closed it with him in (i did not turn it on thank god!) and I came home to hear it yelling for me. I felt AWFUL! I gave it a few treats and played with it to try to make it up to the cat. I still feel so bad for it lol. It’s fine and healthy though! Just a random story for y’all.

    Proud of you, you are going strong on your second weekend in a row. You have a possibility here for a constructive new habit. Empty your drier straight away when it's done and close it off(without the cat). Working towards order and cleanliness is a positive way to release dopamine, and the reward of a clean roam is a feeling of satisfaction and calming the mind.

    Almost 8 days. Feeling a little bored and kinda drained in the weekend. But then I think about the fact that I'm seeing *her* on monday and I keep going on guard.

    Okay guys, I made a mistake, I relapsed. There are no excuses to relapse but I am not going to be down on myself. Yes I’m back to day 0, BUT I know what I done wrong and I will not do it again. So here’s what happend...last night I had urges, and I seen that people were fighting them by watching how porn producers treat these women and men, I seen something that I was interested in so I searched it and looked at P last night, I stopped before I edged or anything like that and went to sleep. Came home from work today and everything was okay, about 30 mins ago I just randomly thought about what I was watching the night before and i looked at it again. I was rubbing through my jeans while watching and next thing I know I O’d ....I am not on a binge and I don’t plan on binging. I can’t take what I done back so there’s no need to be miserable because of it. All I know to do is start back on day one tomorrow, avoid binging, and learn from this. One thing I did learn is you feel awful, physically after relapsing...that’s my motivation. This awful feeling is what living with pmo is. The great feeling after a few days of nofap is the way I should feel.

    I hope you know the problem started long before you actually typed the name of the web page. The problem starts when you give in to the first link of the chain of relapse. Looking at P is near the end of this chain. Find the start of the chain. You absolutely have to know what you are doing and what it is leading to. As soon as you realize that you are on the chain to P, you must run away screaming! If you give in just a little you have already caved. Where I come from, we have a saying: "Offer the devil a little finger, and he will take your whole arm off."

    NoFap is a long and hard road. To start with you have no idea what you are doing and you don't know why you relapse. Then you start finding little clues, and then you can clearly identify your urges, but it still feels impossible to do anything about them. Then you start to be able to fight the urges. Then you get stronger fast. But then the addiction gets more sneaky and starts to find inventive ways of tricking you. This is when the mind-tricks starts.

    To fight this, you absolutely have to stop what you're doing as soon as you realize that you are on the road to relapse. Even though it feels far away up around the bend, you know that you are doing something wrong. So stop it then and there! Even if it feel harmless, a little look here, a little fantasy there - IT'S NOT!! You absolutely have to stop it as soon as you can.

    That said, don't be too hard on yourself. Now you are back on track, that is awesome. You know from last week that you can handle a weekend if you plan it out well enough. You did 13 days! Now do it again! You can do it! I believe in you.

    Feeling good. I don’t have much stress at the moment because of school, and that is a trigger for me, so that’s a good thing.

    Last times I failed around day 10, so I don’t want to set a new goal that is too big. I’m gonna go for 10 days.

    Day 19/21. I'm gonna cut down my time here on this site. I'm procrastinating and I know it. I want to do something productive. So I'm going to read books and take notes. See you guys. I'll still be checking in once a day until I reach 21 days, but no more than that

    I woke up with the strong feeling I had relapsed when in fact I didn't, in any way at all. It's not affecting me negatively anymore because I realized it simply didn't happen, but still, I find it a bit weird. Must have dreamed about PMO or something.

    0/30 after my relapse. No P and M just spent the night with my ex. It was different with her than it has been in the past. Have to take the positive from the relapse that I feel better during S. Felt more natural and didn't of anything else other than the moment with her.

    We are not getting back together and she is gutted about the counter reset but being away from our hometown and all the problems it just happened.

    Need to focus now on no PMO.

    Great Progress TC10. I really am impressed with how you use each relapse as a way to make your next streak longer. I think you're going to be able to see more and longer streaks in the weeks to come. Possibly some relapses too but you are starting to link better streaks together. It won't be long before you are able to put the relapses behind you for good. Nice job, my fine young man.
