Day 25. The best thing is i don't feel anymore the urge to watch porn, masturbate or have orgasm. I don't feel depressed but i'am on a kind of a low mood fase. I feel nothing. Waiting to get over it. If anyone has been or is in the same fase, please tell if you know any tips for getting over it. Bless you all !

Day 1. Horrible relapse yesterday on day 40. Keep relapsing between day 30-60. Need to reach 90 and beyond. Have never posted so hopefully this will be the difference to keep me accountable.

Relapse ... Didn't watch porn ... Got excited by the movies ... Didn't even masturbate, but kept on watching movie scenes and can't hold it for longer ... Thought that watching movies was not porn and I can hold it for longer ... Fallen into that trap ... After 36 successful days...

    15 days

Wow 2 whole weeks. I must say some of these changes are so beautiful! I don't know what the difference is between this reboot and others but I have such clearer thoughts and for the first time in a long time I have a nice genuine libido. Now I'm fighting staying off of my fiancé. Like in a healthy way not a lusty way. But If this is what 15 days looks like I can't wait to hit 30!

    15 down.... 75 to go!

  19. It is a very commendable in that you are doing your best to manage PMO and you have not given up. Also, this is not an all or nothing battle and perfectionism is not the goal. Living life purposely is. Read through the lessons in the link I shared with you. These lessons read a day at a time might offer some insight and awareness to better deal with the issue. At least for me, it has helped a great deal. It taught me about emotional management by developing values and character development. Negative emotions elicited by difficult life situations are usually the epicentre of many relapses, as many individuals do not know how to deal with such emotions.
When they say knowledge is power, that is not a worn out cliche. It is absolutely true. By reading extensively the YBOP website, personal development books and other resources, you get awareness and perspective and new strategies to deal with PMO.
