[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Im in but i relapse way to much but I'll try.

Day 5, getting there, last night was a rough one, no urges, just dealing with what this has done to my wife, her pain and hurting. I was talking to God while I was at work the other day, and ask him if there was a chance for me, I heard a noise like a jet going over head I looked up and there was a contrail cross above me, My wife and I went to a new church this morning, one she wanted to try, have not been to church in years. THe message they spoke about was on husbands and wife's forgiving each other for problems in the marriage. When we left church I sat with tears in my eyes for a couple of minutes. What a message at a time I needed it. We are going to try and save our marriage.

 

Day 1 completed successfully. Now to start date 2.
Definitely has not been easy but one day at a time.

 

Day 2
Alert mode.. something funny came across my mind a moment ago, gotta be super alert.

 

Ok Im outta here. just realized I have completed the 7day challenge.
@2525 . Make sure this is official. I need to rememeber i have achieved this.

Day 2/7.. Failed, I was dedicated to not relapsing but I just could not do any work without thinking about relapsing, this caused me to peak and well it went downhill from there

 

Count me in, starting NOW

 

Day 2 done.

 

got 1/7 today. exactly 24 hours. I feel really anxious about myself, my body and my face. I feel awkward sitting next to people and I certainly wouldn't like being touched my anyone. I almost had a relapse when I went on Instagram.
I think I can manage at least 7 days. Will keep posting here everyday. If I can not strong enough to last 7 days, then I shall learn to become strong to last the next 6 days.

Cheers and best of luck to all my brothers in this challenge. We can and will get through this. It's definitely greener on the other side.
