  1. I only watched porn around once a week. However, I used to madturbate 5-7 times a week could it be masturbation which has caused me brain fog over the years?

Thank you for the thorough explanation! I am doing something similar, a daoist training. There are many ways up the mountain. I'm interested in all of them. I have seen benefits already from my training but I am sure it will really pick up once I get a good long streak going. Thanks again.

  3. I'll wait until I hit 90 days and I'll see if I notice any changes in the fog.. :/

Something, I did notice is that it got drastically better in the summer when I used to jog every morning at 8am.

  4. Honestly don't be discouraged if it doesn't come back by then mate. Some of us really in it for the long haul i'm afraid. I have had these days here and there on past 'streaks' where the fog lifted, it is amazing to be grounded and back to reality something that we will all realize we have took for granted, and then it will go. It is torture but having them days makes you realize something is going on and this works.

Some people go months and months with the fog even up to a year and more.

But you are 110% correct exercise will definitely help. Just got to create new healthy habits and get rid of toxic ones!

  5. Really? That's amazing. How long was your streak when you started noticing the fog lift?

  6. Only around 77 days baring in mind this was back in Summer 2013. I actually passed a test with 'flying colours' so to speak that I guarantee if I was too take at this moment I wouldn't have a fucking chance ha ha. Relapse and it comes back with a vengeance. Like I say, I've been in a state of fog for years and im 110% convinced it is withdrawal from Porn.

I incorporate chi gung into my regimen as well. Keep practising because it will speed up progress with the points I mentioned above. If anything, it all starts and ends with breathing. That's my primary catalyst for the reboot.

  8. I have always watched my porn on computer, I don’t think I got an internet addiction though, but I do notice I need to be on the computer for a couple hours at least and I tend to use my phone in bed before I sleep

All i can say is that usong ur phone b4 bed can cause insomnia. Seeing that is also a reported side effect of nofap, i'd try not to aggravate it so give up the b4 bed thing. How about praying instead? Or if you aren't religious, just do this exercise:
-6 deep breaths (inhale and exhale slowly)
    -keep your eyes closed
-force a yawn or go with one
    -4 deep breaths again
You'll KO within 2-3 minutes after. Bet on it! Just keep your mind calm :D

  10. Yeah using phone before bed does cause insomnia and drops down the quality of sleep. Yeah I’ll try those methods you mentioned, thanks brother! Hope you’re doing well! Peace positivity and love to you!!

For me, Brainfrog never really occurred for me in my early teens to mid 20s, it only hit me around the age of 27 and I'm 32 now, trust me guys.... the Brainfrog gets worse as you get older... so for all you younger dudes reading this... STOP PMO now, seriously, help yourself whilst you're young and aware.

I am sure I can speak for a lot of folks in their 30s and beyond who really wish that NoFap came around when we were younger.... cos I personally feel, being unaware of the fact I was damaging myself during my 20s, made this addiction far far worse and even today's its VERY VERY difficult to stop PMO, I myself have good stretches, of say 20 days or so, then I PMO, my brain gets triggered at any small thing and this is cos NoFap wasn't around during my teens or twenties.

I am in a happy relationship... but PMO hurts me, mostly in the form of fatigue and brain fog... its dumb as hell sometimes.

And we shall chisel those words in stone brother, so all the innocent denizens of our planet shall behold the lustful boundlessness of peeking. Amen. :D >:D

  16. Hey guys. Thought I'd let you guys know that my Brain fog has actually started getting better and has started improving.. so has my memory.

It isn't the same as it used to be, but I am progressing and improving on both aspects.
