Your balls themselves don't change size, they just produce sperm. Your "balls" are your testicles alone.

 

Now, if we are talking about the epididymis and the testicles as an entire package, that makes sense.

I think we are all on the same page, but the term "balls" was used too vaguely, leaving room for misinterpretation. Combine that with my tendency to analyze everything to the most extreme of details, and we got some action. Ah well, shit happens.

 

"Balls" means testicles alone though. Which is why the statement "my balls got bigger" is idiotic.

Statements should be made based on anatomically correct information. It may seem trivial, but the people who educate themselves on seemingly trivial things make it further than those who stay ignorant.

 

I don't think size enhancement has got anything to do with semen amount. I think it's just that you're giving your dickballs a rest from erratic blood flow patterns (from beating off), allowing the skin to heal and repair properly and also because your reaction to erections isn't "watch porn, then O", you are more mindful of how your genitals look. You could say you develop a newfound appreciation.
