Acne and Fapping Relation

    Hello folks. Becouse in my life I struggled a lot with acne, and now I have a lot of experience in fighting and understanding acne I must post this information for those who are suffering from acne and dont know if acne is really related to fapping or its just a myth.

    First of all my friends, let me clear something to you, the ACNE nr. 1 root is directly related to hormonal disbalance. And even if we suffer from some kidney, liver, intestinal tracts etc. diseases, that diseases cause hormonal shift in our body and we gain acne. In such cases we must fight with the disease not with hormonal disbalance. However many of you may suffer just from hormonal disbalance, not diseases, a result of bad life style can make this disbalance.
    Hormonal balance resistence is different for every individual in part, take this in mind. The same lifestyle or diseases can cause different hormonal shifts for everyone in particular. For this reason never compare yourself with others, if you heard that somebody fap daily and he/she have clean skin, this doesnt matter that masturbation doesnt cause acne. In fact it doesnt cause acne, but creates hormonal disbalance, though remember, the disbalance can be very small or big, and the big disbalance will create acne.

    Orgasm, both male and female create an abrubt shift in our hormonal systhem, its a temporary disbalance though. Again for someone this shift can be huge for others minimal. For instance if in your case there is a big shift, you most likely are predisputed to achieve acne. I myself am one of this persons, even if I fap once per week its enough to brake out. When I dont fap for few weeks, my skin is just miracoulosly cleaning. Its not cleaning 100% but still its cleaning very well. The remaining acne is caused by other habits, like eating too fat, too much sugar etc. I have a sensitive intestinal tract, so this kind of food make a disbalance in my hormones. However from my experience the food impact ussually its minimal for hormonal disbalance (in cases of healthy organs).

    So for me fapping, even only 1 a week have a huge impact on my hormonal disbalance and my skin.

    So you might think, okey sir, but if I am like you, this means that whenever I will fap or have sex, in my body will happen a shift in balances and I will have breakouts. Should I become a monk now?
    Well here is a very interesting thing my friends. Sex and Fap from hormonal point of view are totally different. When we have real sex, we release such hormones as oxytocin(women) and vasopressin(men). This hormones helped us from the evolutionary point of view, and the body will only benefit from this hormones. But when we masturbate some real sex related hormones are released, but in different amounts and not all the needed hormones. In conclusion after real sex, our body gets a benefical shift of hormones, and an imbalanced amount and form of hormones after masturbation.

    Just go for at least 1 month HARD MODE, very important to not even watch porn at all, becouse this as well is related to hormonal changes in body, when we see an oportunity to mate even on desktop it creates fake illusions and hormonal releases in body.

    If you struggle with acne, go 1 month NO PMO hard mode and see how big the impact of masturbation have on your hormones.

    PS. If you struggle from social anxiety, fear, depression, low esteem etc, this things are as well linked to hormonal disbalance, so go 1 month NO PMO hard mode and see how much the fapping was messing your hormones.

  2. Great post bro, really. You've hit the nail on the head; I suffer the same plight and do indeed live like a monk these days. Ejaculation/orgasm of any kind (sex or masturbation) breaks me out badly for 1-2 weeks. When I don't fap my skin is amazing providing I follow a clean diet. Very similar circumstances.

    One thing I'd like to add for anyone reading; if you suffer from the same symptoms take vitamin D3. D3 is actually a hormone in itself and regulates the body's hormone levels. This is a game changer when it comes to hormonal acne. Please take D3 with K2 and Magnesium; K2 directs D3 properly around the body and Magnesium is important because D3 depletes Magenesium levels by using it up. Don't use Magnesium oxide (cheap, poorly absorbed), go for Magnesium citrate.

    I noticed that sex in combination with masturbation make the hormonal balance even worse then just masturbation alone. But if I stop masturbating and have only sex(intimate, without fantasing) I gain a very good mood and a good effect on my skin.

    Btw, one of the most important things I forgot to mention, Zinc, the pylon of balancing hormones. I sugest getting it from from pumpkin seeds, very rich in zinc and have a huge impact on overall body health.
