Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will be abstaining from pmo because I hate not feeling like myself. Abstaining helps me clear the mind fog and better direct my energies so I can feel more comfortable in my own mind and skin.

 

Today I will not use PMO because I’m looking forward and not back. The constant cycle of P....M...O...is what I used to do to fill my spare time...but that is in the past.

 

No porn for me today because I'm feeling positive.

 

Today I will not use porn because it's disgusting.

 

Today I will not use porn or masturbate because I want to feel like a normal human being again.

 

Today I will not use porn because if I did, I would regret it.

 

I will not use porn to day because abstaining gives me access to the full range of my personality and allows me to connect better with those around me.

 

I won't resort to using porn because I remember who I became when I reached the 21-day mark for the first time: I transformed into a lively and energetic person and not some lifeless, soul-less corpse. I want to become the person I was again.

 

Also because it would lead me back to PMO for sure

 

Today I will not use porn because I have been on a 4 day long binge and IT ENDS TODAY.

 

I will not use porn today because porn kills real love.

 

Today i will not PMO because there is hope for the future.

 

It makes me ill mentally physically and spiritually.

 

Today I will not use porn because - When I have beautiful children with a beautiful wife one day they deserve a clean minded & good heart'ed ROLE-MODEL. Having PM in life will not have any benefits in that sense so it just does not make any sense to even partake in as it serves no positive intention.

 

Today I will not use porn because I have much more to achieve and I want to use my energy for greater things.

 

Today I will not MO because I have many things to do and little energy, therefore I'm saving as much energy as I can.

 

Today I will not use porn because it makes my life worse...every time. And if I have the power to make my life worse then I also have the power to make it better.
