[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 11

Keep playing mind games with myself, like the cartoon of a devil on one shoulder and angel on the other. Talking myself in and out of staying the course and keep questioning whether the whole thing's legit or not. Have to keep telling myself I got into this for a reason, even if I'm losing sight of that right now.

 

Well done - I know all about that! Our brain tricks us.

30 days done. From the pit of despair on Tuesday, to feeling like a rock star today. Stayed strong and stayed the course.

 

Day 6 - Feel fucked up, stressed, angry and tired. Hope I can calm down.

 

Day 30/90 almost done!!

 

Day 19/90, this afternoon was quite tough, I thought of M, I started reading some posts on the NoFap subredit, felt inspired by some of the posts and the urge past. I hope it gets easier, but what I realize is that you can never slack in your effort.Keep fighting it no matter what!

 

Hello brothers, (relapsed!) this is second relapse since I started nofap.
First streak was 28 days
Second 40 days
So my counter reset to (0).
Any body with similar streaks? After how many attempts usually some one will be free from this addiction..

 

Starting, I was abstaining myself. Today stumbled. Day 0, here we go.

 

Day 3/90.
No urges so far. Staying out of my bedroom, which is my preferred fap zone, during the day and reading instead of surfing the net on my phone before I sleep seems to be working well.

 

Day 8 done. Today I wanted to look at P-sub but held out. Hopefully I start to get better control of these urges and they go away!

 

I feel so great.This is the first time i have got more than 20 days .

 

Day 10 done ... It was a bad day but I survived ... still going

 

Day 6. Slight urges.

 

Daily check in -- day 20/90 -- so 2/9 done

Day 5 completed ... Most had been in friends home ... Not much urges ... Will stay strong and keep working on things I am passionate about ...

Started on 1st December, pretty easy to count using that technique... i cannt get on much now for some reason, trying to stay away from my phone and laptop.
