No girlfriend after reboot: what to do?

    I am very close to completing 90 days hard mode, but I feel my brain will need many more days to complete the reboot.

    Here's the thing: meeting women and going on dates takes much time. So I won't end up having sex in the near future. Going to a prostitute is out of the question for obvious reasons.
    So let's imagine the following scenario: I reached 150 or even 300 days of no PMO, so I am practically rebooted. I keep meeting women and going on dates for months with no success in sight (it does happen). What can I do in the meantime? How can I live my sexuality? Do I have to live like a monk until I get a girlfriend?

    I know it goes against the idea of NoFap, but I don't think that staying in monk mode even long after I am rebooted is healthy for my sexuality. It could take months and months before I hook up with someone and have sex. It seems like I would neglect my sexuality if I do that.

    What should I do?

    Let go of the idea that you need women to be happy. Learn to want what you already have.

    Is sex your primary goal in a relationship? You may not like my answer, but I think the best way for you to live out your sexuality is to stop focusing on it. Rather, focus on the woman you're dating and be caring and supportive. If you dig who she is, keep her. Are you just wanting sex, a long-term sexual partner or an actual relationship?

    You're allowed to masturbate you know, just don't use porn and only do it once in a while if u r super horny and only then.
    If you're fully rebooted it shouldn't set u back.

    But if u really want a girl and you apply yourself it shouldn't take months and months. A 5 to 10 percent close ratio is pretty standard, don't fear rejection it's pretty normal.
