Day 3/30

 

12/30 today, stay strong!

 

18 days can’t go backwards now

 

2/30. Toughest night of my no PMO journey since I started. Sleep was on and off all night. Seemed like I had a woody for the entire 6 hours I was in bed and the urges wouldn't subside. So wanted to M and release all the buildup and pressure inside me. So glad I didn't give into it! This will only strengthen my resolve and make me stronger going forward!

 

Day 3

 

day 16, another rough night. How can I be so sleepy and not sleep. Good thing I need to get through 3 days of work, than I'm off for 2 week, to work this sleep thing out.

 

Day 11:
Got a bit more urges but I was also a bit more tired than usual, I think that's why.

A part of me (smaller and smaller) wants to screw everything up like hell. But my bright side is getting stronger and it reminds me everytime all of my achievements and the more to come if I get going.

It seems like I choose to keep going for this day.

 

December was a good start, however, I tempted myself and now I must start over. Day 0. Stay strong fellas!
