Made it to day 5 before I relapse. Best I've done in a while so there is some improvement!

Third day complete.

 

Alright here goes day 1 of the 14 day challenge. I want to be clean until Christmas. Lets do it.

 

Day 9

 

Day 1

I've found that I have to keep myself busy in a way. If I have too much spare time it becomes too hard.

 

Day 3/14

A nice and calm day to say the least.. Thanks God.

 

Day 0. I had a hard time controlling my thoughts last night and M happened. But no P this time, which is still a plus, even if I have to reset.

 

Day 12/14. I'm going to smile from ear to ear when I make it over the finish line.

 

Day 1 complete! Worked today (I mention this because I a retired) as a sub at the local high school. Which led to a moment of weakness when I saw a young lady in white pants. Found myself looking at her ass to see if I could see her panties (I’ve got a thing for panties). But the moment passed as I talked myself through it. No porn! No jerking off!
