Am I cured?

    So after a 60 day nofap I ended up masturbating today, to pictures of girls no porn or anything. I don't have any cravings after, and I didnt have any cravings during to look up any porn or anything. I am going to restart hard mode on nofap now. But Is this a good sign?

    Wait for a week and report back how you feel. Did you feel the strong chaser effect? Are the urges to fap too strong?

    Not really much of a chaser effect. I actually feel perfectly OK now, I feel confident I will be able to go back into my reboot good. Usually after a relapse I feel terrible, but I feel almost like I'm not an addict anymore, though I know that can change quickly with a binge which is why I am going back to a reboot immediately

    There's no cured, only rebooted. An addict never stops being one, just supresses it with a reboot.

    Congrats on the 60 days! But you are not cured because you did fap... if you where cured you would not masturbate at all.. what you need to look at is why you did it at all and turn it into a learning experiance for what was the trigger? Its great you did not use porn.. i found porn-subs to work a bit and not be too toxic.. but what i really want is a loving relationship with a healithy loving women and share sex between each other.. i found for myself that any fapping pushes me away from that true goal of being a mature man in a loving relationship..
