16 days checking in, longest streak for me till now.
Wanna make it even longer than 180 but first goal is to go beyond 180

 

My urges are driving me crazy at the moment. I'm thankful to not have fallen yet.
Anyway. I'm thinking of stopping the O part for a while as well. I feel that it sort of drains my energy.
Does anyone has any experiences comparing no PM and no PMO?

Day 10 completed ... fasted yesterday so was easy ... Deleted all the porn from older hard drive to be used for better purpose ... Construction of awesome life underway ....

Update 68/180. feeling good.

 

100 days without PMO, who-hooo!! Have been lookin forward to this day a lot! Happy feeling and a bit nervous to fall from here! Better not let my guard down to temptation!

I'm right back at it, at 10 days, after have fallen from 115 days! NEVER GIVE UP!!!

 

first 5 days after the relapse, I had strong urges, which is normal after a relapse, the last 5 days went better!
