wet dream

    First of all, this is my 30day of nofap and I'm very proud of myself. I notice different benefits during these days and I want to continue this journey. However, tonight I had a wet dream. The problem is not the wet dream itself because I know that is something physiological and necessary, but that the content of the dream was a perversion that I used to watch on porn videos. In reality I would never do such a thing but I think I used to watch these perversions because my brain needed more dopamine. Is it a bad sign? Do I have to do something?
