Very strange addiction with no pmo

    I see so many people down with this addiction of counting day !!

    Who cares how manys i have not jerked off !!! Guys stop counting days. Count the ways in which your life is improving each day with no pmo. Count how the science of NoFap works...count how many unknown needy people you are helping with food and water....

    And above all count blessings in your life and realise you are amazing as you are j
    In this moment coz life allowed you to be..

    Hi! You are undoubtedly true with this advice. But when you cut out one addiction from your life, you have to fulfill the emptiness with another one. Our hobbies are some kind of "addiction" too. So there is no reason to bother about counting days. It a normal transformation process. After some time you'll replace your counting days addiction with more enjoyable one.

    great point,from now i'll prefer updating changes other than days.by seeing little improvements everyday will strengthen willpower to avoid relapse.

    I don't see anything wrong in counting days. It motivates one not to fap. After 90 days you will stop counting them anyways, or after a while. So I don't find this to be a geniune "addiction".

    For me it is one if people just keep counting days and nothing else to use that energy....people are jus somehow holding on to not masterbate and counting days !!
